At Ascot Racecourse, it’s not just about the racing – it’s about the fashion, the flair, and the unforgettable runway moments.

Step into the spotlight and compete on the runway for coveted titles and prizes across Women’s and Men’s categories in Fashions on the Field.

How it works: Entrants will walk the runway before a panel of four high-profile judges. After the initial heats, the finalists return for a final parade before the winners are announced.

Judging criteria: Style and originality | Attention to detail | Interpretation of current trends and season | Grooming and deportment.

Hats or headpieces are compulsory for women; racewear styling is strongly encouraged (including modest hemlines and necklines).

Judging Panel

Juliet Cuerden – Perth-based personal stylist and the founder of Broochella, a globally recognised luxury brooch and accessories brand celebrated for its artistry, storytelling, and Italian heritage. Instagram.

No compensation may be received from third parties for entering.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Employees, Perth Racing sponsors, and professionals working in fashion design or millinery for profit are ineligible to enter, ensuring a fair platform for all racegoers.
Spring 2024 and Autumn 2025 Ascot Fashions on the Field first prize winners are not eligible to enter again in 2025.
