These Terms and Conditions govern all Perth Racing Club Memberships for the 2026–2027 season. By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to comply with the conditions set out in this document, as well as all Perth Racing’s Constitution and By-Laws, policies, and rules in force from time to time. Perth Racing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Membership Validity
All memberships issued for the 2026–2027 season are valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, unless otherwise specified. Membership privileges commence on this date and will automatically expire at the end of the membership period unless renewed.
Membership Categories & Eligibility
Club Membership
Club Membership is available to individuals aged 36 years and over who reside within 250 kilometres of the Perth Central Business District.
Concession Membership
Concession membership is available to current Club Members who satisfy both of the following eligibility criteria:
– A minimum of 20 years of continuous Perth Racing Membership; and
– Current holder of a valid Australian Government Pensioner Concession Card.
Proof of concession entitlement must be provided in writing or presented in person at the time of application or renewal. Failure to provide adequate proof will result in the application being assessed at the standard Club Member rate.
Senior Membership
Club Senior Membership is available to current Club Members or Gold Members who satisfy both of the following eligibility criteria:
– A minimum of 12 months of current Perth Racing Membership; and
– Current holder of a valid Western Australia Seniors Card.
Young Membership
Young Membership is available to individuals aged between 18 and 35 years (inclusive) at the time of membership application and purchase. Proof of age may be requested at any time and must be provided upon request.
Country / Interstate / International Membership
This membership category is available to individuals who permanently reside more than 250 kilometres from the Perth Central Business District. Documentary proof of permanent residence (e.g. utility bill, driver’s licence) must be presented upon request. Members who relocate within the 250km radius during the membership period must notify Perth Racing and may be required to upgrade their membership category.
Industry Membership
Industry Membership is available to current holders of a valid Jockey, Trainer, Bookmaker, or Strapper licence, or individuals formally classified as ‘Industry’ by Perth Racing. Industry classification and eligibility will be verified upon application once identification has been provided.
Junior Membership
A Junior Membership is required for anyone aged between 7 and 17 years (inclusive) and over to access the Member area on major carnival days, including Melbourne Cup Day, Railway Stakes Day, Perth Cup Day, and Quokka Day.
Member Cards
Non-Transferability
Member cards are strictly personal and non-transferable. Lending, selling, or otherwise providing your Member Card to any non-Member is a breach of Club Policy and may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership without refund. Perth Racing reserves the right to confiscate any card presented by a person other than the named cardholder. Random ID check are conducted on racedays.
Guest cards are transferable and can be used without the Member being present.
Lost or Damaged Cards
If a Member Card is lost, a replacement card will be issued at a cost of $60 per card. Members are encouraged to report lost or stolen cards to Perth Racing as soon as possible to prevent unauthorised use. The replacement fee may be waived where a police report is provided in relation to stolen property.
Damaged cards will be replaced free of charge upon return of the original damaged card to Perth Racing.
Member Discounts, Credits, Cashback & Vouchers
All membership privileges and benefits, including discounts and credits, are exclusive to Club and Gold Members and do not extend to guest and transferable cards.
Member Discounts
Perth Racing Members are eligible for discounts on selected Perth Racing products, including food, beverage, merchandise, and hospitality bookings. Discount amounts may vary by raceday and product. Please refer to raceday information emails and official Perth Racing communications for details on eligible offers and redemption instructions.
To receive the 10% discount on food and beverages and selected merchandise, Members must present and have their Member card scanned at the time of purchase.
Spend & Earn Reward – Spend 50, Get $10
Every time you spend $50 at any food and beverage outlet at Ascot Racecourse or Belmont Park Racecourse, you will receive a $10 credit loaded onto your Member card to use on further purchases that same day. Credits can be earned up to a maximum of five times per raceday, giving you a maximum of $50 back. To redeem the credit, a valid Member card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase. This benefit applies to the Member cardholder only and is not available on transferable guest cards.
Birthday Credit
A birthday credit is loaded onto your Member card and is valid for redemption during the calendar month of your registered birthday only. The voucher carries a cash value of $50.00 for Ordinary Club Members and $100.00 for Gold Members. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the birthday month.
Voucher Redemption
The redemption of all vouchers associated with Perth Racing Membership is subject to operational changes. Perth Racing reserves the right to vary, restrict, or withdraw voucher availability at any time, including on specified exclusion days or during special events.
Member Privileges
Car Passes
Annual Membership Car Passes are valid for entry to the designated Member car parking areas at Ascot Racecourse and Belmont Park on racedays only. Car passes are not valid on non-raceday events unless otherwise communicated by Perth Racing.
Complimentary Member Privilege Pass Vouchers
Complimentary Member Privilege Pass vouchers are valid on standard Saturday racedays only. These vouchers are not valid on selected exclusion days as listed on the reverse of each voucher. Members should review exclusion day information prior to presenting vouchers. Vouchers that are lost or not used within the valid period will not be replaced or refunded.
Purchasing Member Privilege Passes
Additional Member Privilege Tickets may be purchased exclusively by Members who hold a current and valid membership at the time of purchase. These tickets cannot be purchased on behalf of, or gifted to, non-Members.
Member Dress Code
Members and their guests must comply with Perth Racing’s Member Dress Code when entering Member Areas. Perth Racing reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, including Members and their guests, who does not meet the required dress standards. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests are aware of and adhere to these requirements prior to arrival.

General Conditions
Compliance with Club Policies
Members must, at all times, conduct themselves in accordance with Perth Racing’s Constitution and By-Laws, policies, and the rules of racing. Perth Racing reserves the right to refuse admission to, remove from the venue, or terminate the membership of any Member who acts in a manner deemed detrimental to the reputation or operations of the Club.
Racing and Wagering Western Australia’s (RWWA) Responsible Code of Practice
Perth Racing adheres to RWWA’s Responsible Code of Practice.
Privacy
Perth Racing collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and its associated Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information collected during the membership application and purchase process may be used for the purposes of administering your membership, communicating relevant information, and fulfilling statutory obligations including AGM processes. Perth Racing may disclose personal information to third-party service providers (including CRM, communications, and share registry providers) who assist in these functions, some of whom may be located overseas. Perth Racing takes reasonable steps to ensure such recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Perth Racing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the contact details registered with their membership account. Continued use of membership privileges following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
