Fashions on the Field on BYD Quokka Day – Saturday 18 April 2026
How it works: Entrants will walk the runway before a panel of four high-profile judges. After the initial heats, the finalists return for a final parade before the winners are announced.
Judging criteria: Style and originality | Attention to detail | Interpretation of current trends and season | Grooming and deportment.
Hats or headpieces are compulsory for women; racewear styling is strongly encouraged (including modest hemlines and necklines).
Please note, you can collect your paddle from 10:45am to 11:00am from the Fashion Runway registration desk.
Bridget Hudson – As the official Channel 7 Perth stylist, Bridget Hudson is a highly experienced and sought-after stylist, with over 25 years working in the fashion and TV industry.
Alvin Fernandez -Designer of Perth brand Meraki Official, recently showed at Paris Fashion Week for their spring summer collection securing worldwide stockist. Worn by superstars Kylie Minogue, Rita Ora and Cate Blanchett to name just a few.
Aymeric Futol – A multidisciplinary artist and founder of FA CONCEPT VINTAGE, specialising in archival luxury and the art of sustainable restoration.
Clare Ryan – a leading Perth fashion stylist and journalist with nearly two decades of experience across national media, fashion runways, advertising campaigns and personal styling, with her work featured in The West Australian, STM and Marie Claire and other leading publications.
